It requires understanding the ideas that give it legitimacy, the narratives that sustain it, and the legal and human rights frameworks through which it is increasingly expressed. Without that understanding, lawyers risk overlooking one of the most consequential developments affecting the Jewish community and the legal profession today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawing on his research, Peter Biro examines the intellectual foundations of contemporary antisemitism and the central role of Israel vilification in shaping modern legal and public discourse.
