The Canadian Jewish Law Association empowers the Jewish legal community and its supporters to combat antisemitism and all forms of discrimination by providing expert advocacy, promoting education, and fostering respectful dialogue. Recognizing Zionism as the right of Jews to self-determination in their ancestral homeland, and supporting the democratic State of Israel’s right to exist, we advocate against antisemitism as defined by the International Holocaust Rememberance Alliance’s working definition. Through strategic litigation and representation of our members in courts, bar associations, and at all levels of government, we cultivate civil rights, advance equality, and advocate for a society that stands firmly against hate.
