The CJLA was founded in October 2024 in response to the alarming rise of antisemitism and acts of hatred across Canada. Our goal is to provide a strong, principled, and influential voice for Canadian Jewish legal professionals and allies nationwide.
Through our work, we assist with legal representation, engage in strategic litigation, actively participate in policy development, host events and seminars that inform, connect, and empower our members, and offer mentorship and networking opportunities.
The CJLA is a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit association led by a dedicated Chair and an engaged Board of Directors who give their time and expertise to advance our mission.
Our work is made possible entirely through the generosity of private donors. Your contributions allow us to continue building a united voice for the Canadian Jewish legal community and its supporters — one that stands for justice, equality, and integrity.
